
Our system is mainly used for leak detection of automotive air conditioning condensers, evaporators,compressors, pipelines, expansion valves, liquid cooling plates, and other products, most ofwhich use the method of helium filled chamber detection.
Micro-leaks in automotive radiators, AC evaporators, and condensers cause refrigerant loss and thermal performance loss. As heat exchanger designs evolve toward thinner walls and micro-channel geometries, traditional bubble testing and air pressure decay methods are no longer sufficient for high-volume quality control.

Our vacuum chamber helium leak detection system solves this bottleneck with fast, fully automated air-tightness verification. Engineered specifically for HVAC and automotive cooling components, the system places parts into a high-vacuum chamber, using mass spectrometry to detect micro-leaks down to 10-7 mbar.l/s ~ 10-9 mbar.l/s
